Project Management
The foundation for successful project execution lies in the implementation of consistent, repeatable, and reusable methods and processes that allow you to plan, manage and initiate projects. OutsorcingArmenia 's Solutions Framework methodology defines a series of quality assurance and project management practices for each of the life cycle methodologies, practice areas, and operating platforms identified as core competencies. These practices are enhanced by the use of templates, checklists, forms, standards, guidelines, and reusable artifacts.
Project Planning
To achieve conformance to project schedule objectives, there must be no hidden surprises during project execution. Using the work breakdown structure, effective project plans are developed that encompass the rules of engagement for the project-scope, schedule, deliverables, configuration management, issue management, communications planning, roles and responsibilities, work unit transmittal and change control procedures. OutsourcingArmenia supports and develops comprehensive project plans that facilitate fast project startup and smooth execution.
Project planning is initiated to address a schedule plan, quality plan, and configuration management plan. Intelligent project planning ensures that detailed project estimation is developed with respect to baselined requirements. A project management plan is created that addresses all aspects of project management including deliverables, schedule, staffing, project communication, quality, configuration management, change management, risk management, project review, and reporting. Quality, schedule, and configuration management plans are developed as additional project planning documents. All planning documents are reviewed and approved by the customer.
Project Closure
Projects will be completed with a formal closure process, which ensures that:
• The customer accepts all project deliverables.
• A formal lesson learned session is conducted with the customer.
• All customer-supplied products are either transferred to another project or returned to the customer.
• Knowledge gained during the project is archived in the customer Knowledge Repository for future use.
Scope Management
OutsourcingArmenia will complete a requirements study and associated requirements document. We will then conduct a demonstration to the users that illustrates our understanding of the requirements, including a prototype of the user interface and report layouts where feasible. Before beginning the next phase of development, the customer formally signs off on the scope. Project change management will be addressed in the configuration management plan. A change management committee, that includes customer representatives, will be established to evaluate project change requests in terms of their impact on schedule and cost. They will also determine whether the change needs to be implemented.
Risk Management
Risk management is a formal, end-to-end process that begins at the project initiation stage and ends at the project closure stage. Risks are identified at each stage, then tracked, controlled, and closed.
Management and customer Review
Periodic senior management review is performed at all stages of all projects, in order to review project risk management and customer satisfaction. The senior management also performs periodic formal reviews with the customer to ensure complete conformance with the engagement guidelines and to seek avenues for continuous improvement.

Career mentoring is our formal human resources program that prepares engineers for systematically assuming new roles and responsibilities within the organization. Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance (QA) can be defined as a planned and systematic set of all actions necessary to provide confidence that a product or service conforms to the established requirements. QA in OutsourcingArmenia is driven by the conviction that the final responsibility for quality rests with the Project Management. Therefore, there is a strong focus on building in intrinsic quality.
Contract Management
Active contract management ensures communication of contractual information between the customer and OutsourcingArmenia. Close contract management enables efficient project start up, maintenance of agreements and contract, billing and strategic planning support.
