Our Project Management system has been designed to simplify the management of the most sophisticated corporate projects. As such, it is an ideal tool for the organization of groups of employees who have been assigned specific tasks. The tool is web-based, which makes it very attractive for organizing work of distributed teams. The Project Manager can co-ordinate several projects at once by delivering assignments to developers and closely tracking task fulfillment.

Project Manager divides projects at the outset into major tasks, which are then broken down into subordinate tasks. Team members are required to complete timesheets, describing the tasks they are undertaking, as well as the resources and hours contributed. These timesheets remain accessible at all times on-line.

PM can facilitate project collaboration and task monitoring across all levels of an organization. Task managers may be granted limited access privileges to administrative functions, allowing them to view information related only to their specific tasks. Alternatively, each level of the administrative hierarchy may be permitted to track both its own immediate tasks and responsibilities and those pertaining to colleagues.

With its simple design and numerous timesaving benefits, the Project Manager enables the administration of complex assignments to become almost automatic. Once employees have learned the basic steps to complete their timesheets an organization's project plans are in place, close task monitoring can begin almost immediately. One should note that, although PM is not exactly an off-shelf product, it is very close to it. We have an installation program for it, a user's manual, and a CD package.
However, its strong side is still in its flexibility. In other words, PM is a business solution that can be installed and used right away, and tailored if necessary. Depending on our license and pricing policy, we can offer a good hourly rate for customization, having in mind that customized modules could be sold afterwards to other PM customers.

Pricing policy could be built from two parts: first is a price of basic solution, second is a price of customization. Suggested price for a basic solution is $5000, but could be smaller if we are expecting a lot of customizations from this customer or planning to get more projects with him.
Another price-building policy to be considered is "per seat", although current implementation of PM does not have any mechanisms of applying such a restriction.
